Breakfast Options:
Breakfast is served during each morning session. Below selections are available at all times for children to decide on their own.
Toast with a choice of spreads: Vegemite, Strawberry Jam, Apricot Jam, Butter
Afternoon Tea Options:
The weekly menu is created using a selection of the below options. All meals are freshly cooked in-house by two staff members before each session. All options are modified according to relevant dietary requirements. All meals are developed in conjunction with the NSW Government Initiatives Crunch "n" Sip and Munch "n" Moove from the NSW Health Website.
Burritos:
Wraps, kidney beans, tomatoes, lettuce, carrot, mince and cheese
Chicken stir fry:
chicken breast, Vermicelli noodles, teriyaki marinade, soy sauce, garlic mince, ginger mince, carrot, bok choy, broccoli, olive oil, onion. + Tofu as meat alternative
Fresh wraps :
Ham and/or turkey, boiled egg, aioli, lettuce, cheese, tomato, cucumber, olives, wraps.
Fried Rice :
Steamed Jasmine Rice with peas, corn, carrots, chicken mince, and soy sauce.
Nachos:
Corn chips, kidney beans, lettuce, tomato, carrots, beef mince, avocados and cheese.
Snack Plates:
Wholegrain Crackers or Corn Thins with carrots, capsicum, tuna in mayo, corn, cheese, boiled eggs, olives, and cucumbers
San Choy Bao:
Chicken mince, hoisin & soy sauce, lettuce cup, bok choy, capsicum, garlic, and ginger. + Tofu squares as meat alternative
Chicken Shawarma:
Pita bread with lemon garlic chicken, tzatziki, hummus, olives, cucumber, lettuce, tomato and cheese + Falafel as meat alternative
Butter Chicken:
Butter chicken with mixed veggies and rice + Cauliflower as a meat alternative
Pasta:
Choice of plain, passata sauce, cheese or tuna
